It's always worth considering, especially for newer/less funded players, that being in EC means being in the server's auction house.
Having a finger on the pulse of the server's economy is a real boon for a player in need of gear and plat. | ||

I recommend Crushbone, then unrest, then either Highold Keep or Mistmoore. The nice thing about Fadwyre is that you have high elves, wood elves, dwarves and Gnomes all pretty close by, so the newby zones tend to be concentrated. EC is ok, but the xp is pretty slow.
