Everyone agrees that Trump wasn't exonerated. It's of no significance. On a scale of guilty to innocent, "not exonerated" is so close to "innocent" that there's no practical difference between the two.

Muller is done. SDNY is done. Trump is free and still president.

The result is the same either way so it doesn't really matter.

Muller is done. SDNY is done. Trump is free and still president.
