Default mouseover

I am finding my mouseover no longer tells me what the icon I am trying to view is. I have to hold down right mouse button to see what the icon is. I have looked in the options and found nothing that works to fix this. Is anyone else having this problem? At thia point any help is welcome thank you

This happens when the computer has been on for like 40+ days without a reboot. The only fix is to restart your PC

Holding down the ALT key might help too, but yeah what Kav said.

Make sure you select 'restart' and not 'shut down'. It sounds counter-intuitive, but shutting down Windows 10 caches memory to disk for a faster startup so some things wont clear properly.
