Which newbie zones have the fastest respawn timers?

I know live has an awesome mechanic for paineel; each spawner pops 3 mobs at once, but won't do another wave of spawns until all 3 are slain. Sadly that isn't implemented here (i've been unable to find in era evidence) and besides which, paineel wasn't added till later in vanilla anyway.

Well, in all fairness you don't need to see it: the zone respawn time should also be listed on every zone's page.
