I think Jibartik took that as a challenge ... https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=334344

But I think the general answer to this question is that most of the nerfs where the devs took something really good (Gnoll Teeth, Bread Quest, any other good XP quest, Seafury gem drops, etc.) and made it worse, it wasn't because of a patch note. Instead, it was because Nilbog got some evidence that the server wasn't classic, and he fixed things to be more classic.

This means that in the vast majority of these cases (there might be a few exceptions that were patch note-based ... see the new http://wiki.project1999.com/Patch_Notes page I just made if you want to see if your pet quest was classically nerfed) Green will have the nerfed version from Day One.

One interesting aspect of this that I just learned is that Green will not give 100% XP for 99% pet damage kills; apparently that was not a classic bug, just an early P99 one.
