Yea, it's the classic plate look (also like Mrylocker). Grey/green tint, not as pronounced as Dark Scale which is really more like British Racing Green.

Oddly, almost every boot graphic for half elves are flared. Banded, classic plate look (WS), faction dragon/dwarf/giant faction, etc.
