Cannot log in to dagnor's cauldron but can log on as others in other zones?

Someone else was having this same problem, but in a different zone: West Commons. Sounds like it could be big. I hope someone can find out how to solve it. It may have to be a dev though and I don't believe they frequent these forums often as most of these things are normally resolved by the population helping each other.
