I think this setup would work really well on Blue, but I'm not convinced it will be as successful as you might think on Green. Charm in particular might end up being more of a hindrance than a help, since camps are going to be much smaller, and downtime is going to be a way of life for everyone. Kill speed won't be as important, and if you're charming mobs in your camp, you're just taking exp out of it.

Maybe you'll beat the curve and get ahead of everyone to have free reign. But I've seen more than a couple posts just on the forums asking for groups like this, and who knows how many more already planned/planning in discord. Point being, this isn't the only group with this idea, and there's a limited number of options of where to go in classic, so you're likely to face competition anywhere.

Switch out one of the enchanters with a monk (or a porter*), and keep the open spot for a pet class would be my advice.
