Xp Penalty Chart? Where'd that go?

Is that table even correct? It says TRL SHD is -60%. I thought it was -68%?

I was pretty sure that the XP penalties used to be multiplicative and not additive. So 140% penalty and then you multiply the 120% penalty and get 168% penalty. This could have changed however since the last time I was active on p99 about 4-5 years ago.

I beleive you are right... Bumamgar who seems to have worked on (or seen) this code in 2010, says it is multiplicative. I could not find anything saying it was later changed to additive.

The table is confusing. It has values in Dwarf Magician, Halfling Enchanter, etc. What am I reading incorrectly?
