Don't macro your heals... Group spam is annoying and leads to distraction and missed communication. Maybe macro your CH but that's it.

Make sure the group knows that you're healing the tank first and foremost. If you're spending more mana healing dps than the tank then you need to start letting dps die.

Also watch out for tanks who run around from mob to mob trying to hold aggro on everything at once. Help them understand that tanking one mob is more efficient and leave adds either to a dedicated CC or to anyone who can root.
