Still occuring in 2019 (v52)

Game been launching just fine since Green server went up. Played earlier today. Just tried to play again and am getting the same error.

I even uninstalled completely, re-installed, and patched (v52), and added both eqgame.exe and dsetup.dll to Windows Defender exception list. Same error.

Help please
