A new red server would actually have a decent population I bet. If they announce it a month or so early to let the word spread and garner attention.
Ded99 is gross, but old school pvp was pretty solid and even a casual could have fun. The autist gank squads didn't have as much of an edge yet. With that said, you can count me out.
