I agree that the initial surge is over. Both Green and Teal are damn near equal in player numbers. I've seen a good range of levels on at all times. Please adjust the quest xp back to normal.

This is a tough one. On the one hand ... CLASSIC! Isn't that supposed to be what Green/Teal is all about? Not turning in the most popular quests is very un-classic.

But ... of course so was increased spawn rates on launch. Clearly we don't want people shooting up in level, especially if those quest gave unclassic XP in the first place. And keep in mind, plenty of people probably have stacks of those items saved up in case the nerf is removed.

Personally I'd just like to see a compromise. The current nerfed XP is clearly unclassic, but original Blue levels probably were too. Just split the difference, make the quests give good XP ... but not "crazy shoot up in levels" good, and we'll be classic(-ish) without people getting insane levels from such quests.
Who cares if people have stock piled bone chips? The respawn times are back to normal, people are spread out all over the place, and everyone has done the grind on their mains. Why does it matter if people use bone chips to level up a random alt like everyone did back in the day on classic?

It also helps increase the market for bone chips in general, so lowbies starting fresh can get some more plat for their skeleton farming efforts.

the belts and pads kill groups in other areas I've found. On the progression servers I'd always head down to unrest at level 11 or 12... it seems like a level 15 minimum zone here. Which I guess is ok.. just surprised me.
