I tried to do https://wiki.project1999.com/Rusted_Black_Boxes a while ago, at level 3 and the npc just told me to go away.
I didn't do the actual turn-in before level 4, where he would initiate the actual quest dialogue. Some quest do have a level requirement it seems? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Or should I have tried to hand in the items anyway, and hope for the best?
