Not an exploit, just a poorly designed item. EQ is full of these.

The problem is the consistency in how/when these things are changed on p99. Like people have mentioned already nerfing some exp quests but letting any class turbo level to 50 with a couple clickies? And unlike the exp quests which will always be costing you a lot of plat, clicky spam can even turn a profit for you if you choose your targets well.

wasn't the bonechips quests nerfed to keep it on par with the increased spawn of skeletons in newbie areas?
