Oh wait...

Can no longer be sold to (or recharged by) merchants. No longer unresistable. Does not work in Veeshan's Peak. Also made a more rare reward than in classic, due to imbalance with raid mobs. (Sept 10, 2011 patch)

I guess there can't be strong things in the game, sorry.
