https://wiki.project1999.com/Recant_Magic is what it looks like if a dispel hits multiple slots. I believe the (4) is something about the strength of the dispel, not how many things can possibly be dispelled. Also, dispel isn't a guaranteed chance these days I don't think; even a recant won't guaranteed strip 4 magic effects from the target.
Lucy (https://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.ht...26&source=Live) does show different messages for different situations though. Maybe that's wrong here. | ||
