Kinda depends if a dungeon or outdoor zones (with exception to certain spawns like HGs in rathe). Most the problems arise from miscommunication. The rest are hot heads. Sometimes best not to engage at all but there are specific rules that need to be followed.

General logic: Player agreements can be made. Someone can’t simply camp a whole zone. Worst case for outdoor pathing spawns it’s FTE. Worst worst case keep the screaming to a bare minimum and say you will petition a GM to explain since there is a misunderstanding.
