Unable to enter game from Character Select

So I have been playing consistently for years and all of a sudden I cannot enter the game. I get to the character select screen, can select any of my characters (blue server or green server) but once I hit "Enter Game" it just freezes on the screen. I was literally playing yesterday with no issues. I don't get any error pop up it just eventually goes to account login screen and will say I have a character currently in game and have to wait.

I will attempt to re-install the game but if theres a quicker or easier solution I'm all ears.

Lmk if a reinstall works. I’ve been having this issue among many others these past few days.
