how easy did SRV make it look, am i right? eyes closed, stumblin forward or backward a couple steps, maybe makin a funny face, but damn!! so sick

if i could go back in time to see anyone while i could, it would be him.

(or maybe wu-tang & rage against the machine when they came to hartford back in the day... still so mad i missed all that insanity)

I saw SRV play live back in the day...club called "Black Cats" in Austin. He was awesome...absolutely awesome. I didn't really know who he was back then...in fact no one really did...hence him playing clubs...but he blew everyone away....

Best way to describe him....he had fingers like liquid lightning...watching him play Voodoo Chile was INCREDIBLE!

R.I.P. SRV - one of the greatest ever...

Jason Becker will always be my favorite (Also there's not enough mention of him in this thread =[)

http://youtu.be/vS5R9vY-3JI

I could listen to this shit all day.

Also I really enjoy Jeff Loomis, Paul gilbert, Scott henderson, Jeff Kollman. Those would be my Top 5.
