Time’s up! I got both. Bought a yak from a guildmate and got a Swirlspine Belt on a raid.

I just realized: I should probably have prioritized the haste belt. 8/24 yak and 8/23 Polished Steel Dirk was fine.

as lvl 50, you will max out haste with this swirlspine belt. just ask chanter to give SLTW.
