Stealth Nerf?

I have been killing gnolls in SK for the scroll turn in quest. Over the last few days the drop rate has been terrible. Everyone else I chatted with said the same. Do the devs nerf things without announcing? I remember the clicky item thing that poofed out of nowhere and it made me think something was up with this. Just seems odd and not sure how "nerfing" really works!

I literally wrote down the time it takes to get from the zone wall in WC to the tunnel in EC with jboots to test it every patch.

It's just your jboots specifically just that item ID. I confirmed by pacing you with my jboots and watching you fall behind just a tiny little bit.

Have you tried flooding the staff with petitions?

I am overseeing a team of rogues that are systematically pickpocketing the scrolls. Send me a tell in game if you would like to buy some, we even have a subscription model for people at gnoll camps.
