Another factor that came into play is I want to be an evil race so I can kill different things than I can as a good race without too many repercussions.

You can do this as any race. Kill whatever you want, leave at least one city you can train and bank in, now you have the same play experience as an "evil" race.

You could be an evil cleric. Dark Elf/Inno, or a Human Inno, or a hum/gnome bertoxx. Go gnome bertoxx for a seriously hardcore experience. Clerics can in fact solo some stuff, especially if they have some gear to work with.
