What ever happened to freedom, democracy, and the government supposed to be working for the people? Time for a revolution of elite proportions. Police shouldnt be able to hit or use force on someone unless they've been attacked first. If they do attack someone unprovoked, they should be charged with assault just as a civilian would. Any time I deal with police in new york I'm scared for my life, these retards shoot people for pulling their wallets out. I mean these fuckers shoot 43 bullets into one unarmed person, and keep firing into the bottom of their feet once they hit the ground. Fuck the police, the government should just offer cash rewards to citizens for arresting/stopping crime. <-- lolz

You can generally always be correct when someone says something negative about all police officers that they are an unproductive shitbag, or a child.

What the fuck is the matter with making 30k a year? I make 45k a year, and I am satisfied, sure I wish I made millions instead just to buy w/e the hell I want. But it doesn't hurt my pride making what I make. I love doing what I do, sure I can move on to a more "promising" career, however I wouldn't like doing what I love.
I am sure a lot of the cops might be assholes, but theres some who are fucking awesome. Purist sounds like a asshole who picks on bums, and would never in his life donate any money for a good cause. Asshole. | ||

I have had a few negative experiences with the police, and they have signficantly altered my perception on police in general.
There is a huge problem when people feel extremely uncomfortable around police, rather than extremely safe. I always heard that the screening process to become an officer is very thorough, but I am starting to doubt that more and more. Sure, there are good police, but until proven otherwise I am going to assume that any cop is a jerk without a single compassionate bone in his body, just like I'm sure he will assume I'm a little deviant just waiting to commit my next infraction.

Everytime I see two states on the main highway near my house they've got a black dude stopped and they are searching his car. Everytime. My brother-in-law got stopped this one time because his stereo was loud (it was night time, in an urban area and his car had tinted windows) and no shit...when the cop got to the window he looked confused and said "Oh!". Asked where he was going and just let him go. | |||
