In case this is helpful, the below two noted quests do not appear to be in game yet on Green. Quest mobs do not reply to quest text. Rare mobs throughout the world that "Always" drop the quest items are not dropping the quest items.
The Summoning of Fright The Summoning of Terror However Nivold Predd DOES reply to quest text for The Summoning of Dread. So one should assume the Dread Forged Shield can be obtained but not the clickie Fear Mask nor clickie Helm? | ||
