Don’t go to BW until you absolutely have too there are better places under lvl 53 to swarm.

To echo what Zipity said...

You can do 29-45 in FV in a few somewhat stressful days. After that, I charm kited in DL for a while before returning to swarming in BW.

Charm kiting is a rather good alternative to swarming if you just hate it. It's not as broken, but it's still pretty broken, and somewhat relaxing. Esp. with jboots and a gazughi ring.
