This is the Obvious rule your missing. On server Character sales with on server plat only are allowed as no copyright rules are broken. When you start pitching live accounts you are breaking SOE Rules which Rogaen and Company do not want you doing. This can cause problems for them. Your comment above is screaming for them to just straight up Ban you. But I am just the messenger. You handle it as you see fit. Also you cannot use real money to purchase anything in game. Just in case you missed that one also =-)
