A dragon tooth in OT will probably ding you 20 in an hour if you stick to deep reds. All mobs from the "higher level" part of OT should be deep, deep red.
About 10 mobs per level, and you need to ding 19 times, so you need 190 kills. That's an average of 19 seconds per kill. You'd probably need someone healing your pet to achieve that, with maybe a Tola robe on it and a couple lifetap sticks wouldn't hurt. I'm actually not sure what's best, 2x lifetap sticks or 2x gnoll lariats. At some point the lariats should give better ROI as they cancel out higher mob DPS. | ||
