Thunderhoof Quiver 0% WR?
It says 33% Weight Reduction on Zam? Yet my quiver says 0% WR.
Is this a bug? Any chance i can get this fixed or replaced by a GM? Is it "as intended" on this server? Let me know. Thanks! Pondlilly, Druid 53. Grielva Rogue 40. (Has the quiver) | ||

Weight Reduction and subsequent Bow Haste do not take effect until Late Velious.
http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20010508.html Quivers now reduce the delay time on bows, the better the quiver the faster your bow. We will not be listing the speed increase a quiver will give your bow, but you can tell the good quivers by their ability to reduce the weight of your arrows (better-made or magical quivers have this property). | ||

i don't think it earns the weight reduction until the velious patch which gives quivers a haste-effect when using ranged.
