Idk how many times you've had to cope with being in a hospital psych ward, but I can say as bad as my 3x were. It could have been worse.

We didn't ignore you. I did my best to acknowledge your anxiety and help you find a better solution than suicidal ideation or getting trolled online.

I'm not a professional however. I can't really help you.
