Streaven and Dealione not spawning for Trooper Scale Breastplate quest
Dealione is supposed to script first, he also shouts into the zone (Havent seen this yet either) once dead spawns a necro by the Iksar statue. After a turn in it spawns Streaven. Havent seen Dealinoe or his shouts thus can't tell if the rest of the quest event are working.

Has this been fixed yet? Also, according to http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Sergeant_Daelione, an ultra-rare drop on a two hour NPC spawn can't be correct, can it?

I'm curious if anyone has completed this yet...I've killed Daelione twice and he hasn't dropped the implant. But, I pulled him to Vekis' spawn point and when he died Vekis *did* spawn. I'm pretty sure the implant should drop every time but not positive.

4 kills now and no implant. I'd like to know if it is dropping or not...and then I would be curious to know if Streaven is spawning once the implant is handed in to Vekis. This quest seems pretty obscure and I can't find any information on drop rates or anything like that.

Confirming Daelione's Implant doesn't seem to drop, killed him many times and he only drops weapons.
