Haven't tested it on p99 lately...

but I'm pretty sure its working as intended from how you described it. The spell on live (intentionally or not) did used to lock all your gems in cool down for 30 seconds...I don't remember if hitting an instant click fixed this on live.

I'm guessing it did, but I don't actually remember as I rarely used this spell on live.
