I've read your other post on the subject as well. What I'm gathering is that you seem to not fully understand the principles of troubleshooting, and seem to be taking peoples questions and suggestions the wrong way.

Basic logic would tell us there is no problem with the server, the server setup, the patch files, etc. Because everyone else can play, you acknowledge this yourself.

To troubleshoot we have to isolate the problem. There are a hundred possible things that could be the culprit, so you want ot narrow it down using process of elimination starting with the easiest things to test, that might eliminate the most possibilities with the broadest stroke.

For example, we can discern whether it's not HARDWARE related by trying another piece of hardware. You'd need an alternate device to test it on. A laptop or even a table running windows would do the trick. Anything that will let you log into the game simply for tersting purposes.

If the problem doesn't persist after trying on a new device, then it can be isolated to your original device.

Inversely if issue doesn't persist across devices, we know it's not isolated to that machine and is almost certainly a network issue.

Running a speed test doesn't matter. That's testing the speed of the connection to the speedtest servers. The speedtest servers are not the game servers. They won't require the same ports etc.

If it is a network issue, try the suggestion in my previous post-- utilizing a hotspot, VPN, or otherwise alternet network connection option.
