Sorry for necro, I've been looking for a replacement source for the Agility table linked to in the OP, which is now a dead link.

This thread seems the most appropriate place to dump it and the details for prosperity. The numbers in my link seem accurate, though incomplete. They resemble what I remember being in the original link. I hope to one day find another copy of the complete table that was previously posted.
