Can't load UI, current UI missing bars

Hello all,

I have searched a bit to try and find out if anyone else was having this issue but found nothing. I noticed when I first logged in that my UI looked off, missing some bars and whatnot so I wanted to change it. I went through the forum and found the directions to do so and followed them, ensuring I would download and extract in the correct order. Nothing has changed, after I get a new UI into my UI folder, like duxaui, and attempt to load it, it does the screen pause and refreshes my chat box but changes nothing. Any help for this would be wonderful.

UI looks good, dont see anything missing

On green you cannot use custom UIs, so what you start with is what you have to use
