Am I the only person who has never played WoW?

I got to play with some very good WoW players, sadly they were constantly overshadowed by that large portion of bad ones.

In my WoW time I have been raid leader a lot, and I have led a lot of different people. I have also participated in raids as just a member as well.

One important thing I have learned is that if the raid leader is weak, strong players will still shine, but the weaker players will fail. If the raid leader is strong, even the weak will shine.
