After hundreds of velious combines at 250 on red, it seems like BP skin I can usually get 50% or slightly better. Haze has always been 2/5 or worse.
Tiger, Wyvern, Othmir, Ice Silk the volume is so much lower I can't tell if they are closer to one ender or the other. But I agree - Haze seems definitely higher trivial (causing lower success chances at 250) than BP skin. It is rarer from mobs, and mobs are rarer, so maybe intentional?

I was probably unclear- I meant haze (any slot) vs black panther (any slot); my data has led me to believe haze has higher trivial than black panther of same slot
