Y'know...never done the yoga thing but I'm gonna give this guys 30 day morning routine a try.

Can't hurt, may help my running too.

I was the same way. Thought yoga was stupid hippy shit until I started doing it. I still don’t care about the namaste part but as mr Vigue says, flexibility is the key to youth!
