yeah hospitals are a business like any other. they cut costs at every opportunity. if business is slow, they'll close a whole floor, reducing their, "capacity".

Australian here, im free to roam. Can travel to/from other unfucked up places. No choppers here, or troops on the ground. Hospital has plenty of room. Vax available if we want it. Most do. Some dont.
