How does a guild become toxic?? Just curious for my own personal research...
Is it by condoning guild members behavior with the classic hands off approach from leadership when an issue regarding said member is brought to them by another guilds leadership and staff?? or By one of their members ninja looting a 120 hr window'd epic piece?? or By playing their own game their way since day 1 and maximizing their efforts to obtain raid gear with whoever is willing to apply and join the effort?? | ||
