if the dems don't clean up their act, you could win the '24 general with a hamster on the R ticket.

Trump will never win back bleeding heart suburban women. I personally think GOP has a chance with a non-Trump candidate, as much as I like Trump

As was pointed out, you have the two bills mixed up. Probably because you're a moron.

I was glad to see this pass the way that it did. Big FU to the illiberal left with 13 Republicans getting it through the House.

It's a win/win. It either creates jobs that pay decent wages or it will finally prove my Dad right when he says that millennials are too lazy to push a wheelbarrow for $30/hour in order to pay off their student loans on their degrees in lesbian poetry studies.

Now if we could cut out almost everything but climate change from the reconciliation bill, that would be tits.
He don't need you tryin to bail him out. Nobody mixin anythin up

how much of the tril bein spent on roads and trains and bridges oh my

Why don't you ask the 31 Republicans who voted for the bill?

It also has r*ral broadband, lead pipe abatement, and toxic waste cleanup.

I'd vote for Tromp too if that was my environment. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Big Structural Brandon
broad band?? Im supposed to be happy the goverment can pump facebook and amazon into poor peoples homes and cable companies can charge them 300 a month now for shit that we payed to build? ITS A SCAM !!!!!!

Lead pipe abatement? You think hey care about that?? They dont have water in Flint yet.

Toxic waste cleanup? I bet they call investing in tacoma trucks local municipalities so they can more easily clean stuff up, "toxic waste cleanup"

I like the idea of infrastructure but what is happening is the pillage and destruction of western civilization

We would pass something for each of those individually if we cared about them so we can actually keep track of what were spending money on instead of buying Maserati's for politicians.

Can you really fault her for that though? Have you tried https://mcconnells.com/products/sea-salt-cream-cookies ? Hot damn is that shit good!

Even Fox News seems to be reporting only on the infrastructure part of the bill, so I really dunno what might have been snuck in there

It sounds like there will be a separate socialist bill that will probably involve stuff like paying people not to work and giving them free shit, and probably giving illegals free prizes for sneaking in to incentivize more to come. This may not be it that’s just what the cynic in me is predicting

And it will be interesting what millennials will decide to do. Work low-skill labor for a higher wage, or sit at home and get paid for free but barely enough to live on? I can see them making the pro’s and con’s list in their heads….”well working is hard and I’ve never done it and don’t want to. But more money good. Hmmm”

if anything they gotta experiment, collect data for the future etc. in less than 100 years 90% of jobs done by humans will be replaced by machines, nobody can really ignore that so... whats the solution? how will society evolve? invent new industries that robots can *never* replace? impossible. pay people to stay home? theres wayyy too many people for that.

so i imagine they will reduce the population by alot.
