Guilds still raid Phinny?

If Phinny is up, and your guild doesn't want to kill it, just make it known among the bigger guilds that he's sitting up and someone will likely be along shortly to sort him out.

Once phinny is down, get a friend with a pet class to aggro the swirlspines with pet and gate to the zoneline. Swim down and pick up the spawn and either cap out, or wait for seahorses to reset and swim out.
