Speeding up repeatable quest turn-ins

So we've all been there. Turning in Red wine or muffins for hours.
Somewhere along the way, we realize we're only one third of the way through our current turn-in stacks.

Tedious. But worth it in the end.

Question: Is there a way to speed up initiating the NPC turn-in window? a script command? a sensitivity setting? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I find that many times I have to click on the target NPC 2+ times to get the turn-in window to open.

Any tricks of the trade that can make this faster?

Ctrl + click to pick up one at a time

U is the default key to center click

Set give to ctrl+u helps. Have the bag you are giving from hovering over the npc so you don’t need to move the mouse.
