This sounds very fun, but I might promote a discussion on certain spells being banned in addition to what you have listed.
Spells such as Infusion, Trucidation, COTH, Divine Intervention... all of these give a massive advantage.
Nuking for 1100 (800 ish pvp) and healing for the same. Infusing 1000 mana instantly. COTHing a rooted player out of the line of fire. Free instant health upon death.
I might suggest an over-arching rule of "Any non pet spells which require a reagent to cast will be banned"

That removes clerics symbols... :sadface:
If any cleric is crazy enough to cast DI...more power to them, it costs a considerable bit of mana just to have it dispelled.
