Savok pardon if I missed something in translation here, I do not have that DX 9.0c .dll nor any others, nor are they 'required' to run EQ Titanium on Windows 7. So I'm not sure why you are asking people to install DirectX 9.0c when it will not install on Windows 7 nor is it required for EQ Titanium to run correctly. Perhaps if the OP could clarify his OS as I suggested we could get some more details.

Check eqclient.ini in your Everquest folder and change it so it reflects the current screen resolution of your monitor, most video problems after char select are due to the odd screen resolutions monitors have these days...

dx9_30.dll is a required file to run Everquest Titanium and is supplied with directx 9.0c as well as other installs. For some reason it was removed by Microsoft in directx 10 (and 11 iirc). Without this file you will eventually end up at a blank screen before hitting the world.

Like I said before, you may of already had this file installed through a different program rather than directx 9 (because it's no longer installed natively in modern Microsoft OS).

I am having the same type of problems, but I downloaded the game for steam. I updated my direct x, changed my window mode, and tried the alt entered. This is my 3rd install, so anyone got any more ideas?
