Where's a good place for a 19 DRU/SHM to level?

Permafrost.

The zone in, and if you get more comfortable you can invis through to the dire wolves behind the priest. The large dire wolf is max level charm for befriend animal (maybe don't start with trying to charm that one!)

Ocean of Tears.

Gargoyle island. Probably something for the druid to charm. Don't aggro spectres (can out of range mem blur them by gating back to the sister island iirc - maybe you'll have to camp out aggro i don't remember). Kill the greater skeletons cos they share spawns with gargoyles. They faction war, so leave a gargoyle up to clear the island of skeletons when you are done.
