Being concerned for the possibility would be a valid concern for a Justice, enough to force them to keep their family inside their home for their own safety. Same as the concern for their home being vandalized while they sleep. That’s intimidation. Fear is subjective, and I don’t consider it an unreasonable fear that an angry mob of people could cause harm to my family or home. You don’t have to explicitly announce “I am here to harm your family” for someone to be worried about the possibility

So let’s just leak everything since that’s not a crime also, let’s have both parties surround the homes of politicians, judges, any public figure with mobs of angry people and let might and fear make right. What a wonderful outcome
