Problems logging into the game DB error - invalid password

I just made account and when i type my password into game client i get DB error -invalid password. Did i do something wrong or something else going on that i am not aware of. I also know of that in order to make upper case you have to hit shift on the keyboard. I have typed password i don't remember how many times. Any input help etc would go a great distance
