Rogue Epic Query

I'm a rogue and a tard and ruined my faction with Freeport Militia.

Will it still be possible to complete my epic? I.e. will I be able to fix the faction?

Would it be possible to have the MQ'd?

I don't think you need any good faction with freeport whatsoever for the rogue epic quest.

Stanos appears to be on Freeport Militia faction. Will he not become KoS when I spawn him early on in the quest if I have bad faction?

You can still turn in all your quest items to stanos using sneak if you have faction issues.
