Hey reiwa, I seem to remember you saying bidens taxes were on the level.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...s-joe-payments

Do you think they pay taxes on all these hundreds of thousands of dollars they all exchange between each other?

Quote:
When a person gives money or property over 15k a year to someone other than their spouse or dependent, they are required to pay gift tax. This federal excise starts at 18% and can reach up to 40% on certain gift amounts.
Hunter in there says he paid off a 500k amex bill for his sister, that means they ow like 200k in taxes............

Not to mention the like hundrds of thousands they all just exchange through wire transfers (turns out for russian hookers LOL!)

This is real crime???

Weird how none of Jib's schizo QAnon spam ever mentions Jared's multi-billion dollar bribe from Prince Bonesaw.

Oh it's loans. I'd love to get a loan from a centagenarian.

As of 2018, the IRS allows you to give away up to $15,000 per person each year per person without paying taxes on the gifts. If you pay off someone's credit card to the tune of $15,000, it's a nontaxable event. Interest is no longer an issue because you don't have to ask the individual to pay you back. Otherwise, you might have to pay a gift tax on any portion of the money that exceeds the annual $15,000 exclusion. Unless you've given away millions in gifts, though, you can choose not to pay, because the IRS also offers an $11.18 million lifetime exclusion as of 2018.

nice try but why be so quick to assume these guys are on the level just curious what kind of like hope you're clinging to?

Not loans:

There's no legal limit on how much you can lend to family as long as you have a written agreement and charge the minimum interest rate.

you cant just say "I said I'd pay him back" and it makes it a loan.

If you even do that, you have to pay taxes on BOTH exchanges! If you do pay them back without the agreed upon interest!

you can exchange 15k without telling the IRS after that, you have to have a loan agrement with interest to avoid taxes.

Im sure there is some other bullshit they use to get around this, or.... maybe they just fail to mention it because it's all about drugs, hookers, and russia:
(In which case they should be under arrest for tax evasion!)
